At Sach Music, we stand behind the quality of our instruments and gear. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and the process.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
The item must be in brand new, original condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, cables, and accessories included.
The item must not show any signs of use, damage, or wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival:
Software: Opened software, digital downloads, and plugin licenses.
Audio Files/ Samples: Any downloaded audio files or sample packs.
Books & Sheet Music: Opened or used books, scores, and instructional materials.
Reeds, Sticks, & Mouthpieces: For hygiene reasons, these are final sale.
Turntable Needles / Styli: For performance and hygiene reasons.
Specially Ordered or Custom Gear: Items ordered specifically for you.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your instrument arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Please provide photos or a video of the damage/defect to assist us.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at [support@sachmusic.com] with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive an RMA Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different one, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive the original item, we will process the new order for the item you wish to exchange for.
7. Warranty Claims
Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty card included with your product. For warranty service, please contact us, and we will help facilitate the process with the manufacturer.
